Can I get the same design as a previous pendant?

• All pendants are unique in their own ways from the stone to the wire work. All pendants are handmade with pendant flow coming as being made. With this not one pendant will look exactly like the other.

Can I get a stone that looks like stone in previous pendant?

• No, all stones are unique in their own ways no two stones are ever exactly alike. 

Why are prices much higher on some items?

• Wire wrapping takes a lot of time and resources to make. The price of the item depends on the stone(s) used as well as the type of wire, and time. Please keep in mind any opals or more rare stones do have a higher price point. 

Where are your stones from?

• I purchase my stones from ethically sourced suppliers. My stones do not come in bulk buy form they come from suppliers who personally know the families working in the mines to find and cut them, or they too cut the stones. 

Do you make custom pendants?

• While I do love custom pendants and welcome them; from September to December I am closed to custom work due to the busy holiday season. I also limit the number of custom orders I take.  

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

• Due to the nature of the items all sales are final sale. I do however offer repairs to anything if something happens during shipment. For this to happen you must contact me ASAP when you have received it damaged I require photos of the packaging as well as the item to determine the best way to handle repair.
