Refund policy
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items or gift cards.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Due to the recent epidemic of stolen packages (porch pirates) reported across the country, this is my policy:
Please use a ship-to address that is secure, where your package cannot be stolen.
As a seller, I take responsibility for the package until tracking shows “delivered” or “notice left.” If your order tracking shows delivered and your did not receive your item, please file a claim with the postal carrier.
If there is any chance your package might be stolen from your regular mailing address, I highly recommend you pay for a PO Box at your local post office or other independent mailbox store, or use an alternate ship-to address that is secure.
After the package shows delivered, it is the responsibility of the buyer.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photos of the packaging as well as the item are required to determine the best way to handle the issue.
